Difference, Power, and Discrimination Program

Leasher highlights the interplay between business ethics and social justice by analyzing the differences in claims of employment discrimination reported by employees within the private and public sectors of our nation’s economy.  This study examines a longitudinal database of statewide discrimination claims to determine and measure the differences in levels between both sectors.  The author concludes by providing theoretical and practical implications which can in incorporated into the business curriculum.
